We want you to love your new look, but if it's not a perfect fit, we accept returns for unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Every piece is handled with care to ensure your style journey remains seamless and satisfying.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is free from marks or scents.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
